Our strategic alliance with CPI provides the support companies need to take their product from concept to commercialisation. CPI manage the High Manufacturing Catapult on-site, in addition to three National Innovation Centres including the Centre for Printable Electronics, Formulations and Healthcare Photonics.
These centres provide access to world-class expertise, guidance and equipment that can’t be found anywhere else in the UK. Once a business is ready to scale up and move on we have the space and support to help businesses grow at NETPark.
We have close working relationships with all five regional universities, who have over 105,000 students. Durham University, have a presence on-site with The Orbit Centre located within the NETPark Research Institute providing easy access to academic expertise, student internships, collaborative projects, facilities and equipment.
We help the businesses on the park access support and contacts, we connect businesses to the most appropriate funds, expertise and facilities. County Durham businesses will find access to unique funding programmes to help them grow and develop including Finance Durham and The County Durham Growth Fund.
